When purchasing items from our store you will agree with the following rules:
We ship Monday - Friday with USPS standard shipping service.  All packages are shipped with a tracking number and no insurance included.  If you would like to have your package insured, please contact us prior to payment, so we may send you an invoice.  Higher value items will require signature confirmation.  We will contact you prior to shipping your item.
Most orders are processed within 2 days or sooner.  If shipping and handling takes longer we will send you an email to inform you about the expected shipping date.
PLEASE NOTE:

responsible for theft at the address you provide us.  Once your package is delivered, our responsibility for that package ends.  We will gladly replace damaged items but we will
NOT
take responsibility for packages stolen at your address.  - Thank you for your understanding.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately with proof such as pictures of the damaged item.  Please do not discard anything until after we have had a chance to review your case.  In order to receive a refund you will need to ship the damaged item back to our address securely packed.
We only ship to addresses you provide us thru PayPal.  We do not accept request to ship to different addresses.  If you supply us with an incorrect address please notify us immediately so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is shipped.  If we are not able to stop shipment you will have to place an order again.  Once your order has shipped we can not reverse the transaction nor provide you with full refund.  If your package is returned to our address we will contact you so you may receive a refund minus shipping cost.  If your item shipped free we will deduct the shipping cost, packaging material, fees etc. and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
