Urban Decay EYE SHADOW PRIMER POTION comes in a tube with a doe-foot applicator that dips into the tube and comes out with some potion on it. You then simply spread it over your eyelid, where you would naturally wear your eye makeup, and then apply your eye makeup as you normally would. This potion helps to promote vibrancy so your eye shadow colors really pop. It also prevents eye shadows from creasing as well. This miracle potion has a super staying power of up to 24 hours of wear.
