EYE SHADOW BASE

Description

A solid cream that feels moist but applies like a powder.  Provides a blank canvas for eyeshadow. Helps eyeshadow to glide on easily for an even application of color that stays on for hours. A perfect primer for Pressed Eyeshadows, Loose Mineral Eye Dusts or Dazzle Dusts. Will accentuate the brow bone if applied from lash line to eyebrow. A must to bring out your eyes when wearing a mask.  Paraben free and fragrance free.
Application: Gently rub with finger, until a desired amount softens onto finger tip. Apply from the
inner eye corner across the lid evenly and lightly before applying any chosen eyeshadow.
