    Description

    Early American flooring nails.
Each group of five different nails includes the following:
3 circa 1805-1820's (3.5"; 3.75", and 4"); 1 circa 1820's 3.5" square nail; and 1 circa late 1700's small nail (originally a rose head nail but sides flattened to use as a molding nail).
Some have remains of a light green paint on the nail heads (this was a popular color for drawing rooms and bedrooms during this period). Found in New England houses and barns dating from the late 1700's through 1820's.
This is a generic photo, the nails you receive will be similar to the ones depicted.
